Public Health seeks phone calls
for automated survey

Between Monday, Oct. 22, and Sunday, Nov. 18, residents are invited to call an automated telephone line and participate in a 10-minute survey about physical activity and nutrition habits. As incentive to participants, those who complete the survey become eligible to win a $50 certificate to Golden Bear Bikes.

The survey is sponsored by LiveWell Broomfield and is part of the Healthy Broomfield effort spearheaded by the City Council.  Information gathered in the survey will be used to find ways to make Broomfield a healthier place.

Because everyone has a role to play in community health, the Public Health Division wants to be sure that its efforts for LiveWell Broomfield and Healthy Broomfield reflect the needs and desires of the residents.

To participate in the survey, call, toll-free, 1-866-459-2527.  Follow the instructions to answer the questions.
