Broomfield’s Tax Administration Division is hosting a class for building contractors on the building permit process, calculation of use tax deposits, and other requirements of doing business in Broomfield.

Also discussed will be how to exempt city and county use tax when purchasing materials, reporting costs on completed projects and documentation needed for audits.

The class is scheduled Tuesday, May 28 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library, 3 Community Park Rd., in the upstairs meeting room.
