  • Meetings for the Broomfield Heights First Filing Subarea Plan continue. Neighborhood meetings are at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, and Thursday, March 1. They will convene in the Zang's Spur/Bal Swan conference room in the basement of the Broomfield Municipal Center at 1 DesCombes Dr.,  and will focus on enforcement and property maintenance issues.
  • Additional meetings are scheduled. On March 22 the public workshop will focus on historic preservation and enforcement/property maintenance issues. On April 26, a public workshop will focus on historic preservation, landscape, signage and edge treatment.  Locations will be announced.
