Survivors help other survivors on the streets of New York City following the terrorist attack of Sept. 11, 2001

The Broomfield 9/11 Memorial was dedicated in 2006, the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the east coast. It is located in Broomfield, Colo., in Community Park. The sculpture by Reynaldo "Sonny" Rivera, includes all of the names of those who died in the tragedy that day.

The Broomfield 9/11 Memorial has three sculptures showing assistance given by civilians, firefighters and police. There are also large stone pieces that on one side contain bas reliefs and on the reverse side are the names of those who lost their lives.
