behind him. At lower left Steve Krowczyk, general contractor with
Milestone Construction, uses a saw to cut the area where the
sculpture will be anchored. Below, from left, Rivera, Brent Allred,

The dedication of the 9/11 Memorial is the day before
the fifth anniversary of the East Coast terrorism attack. It is on Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006 at 6 p.m. The
memorial is located west of Lamar Street between DesCombes Drive and
Community Park Road (between the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Library and the
Broomfield City and County Building) in Broomfield.
