Legacy County Zoning Codes

Prior to Broomfield becoming a City and County on November 15, 2001, areas in Adams, Boulder, Jefferson, and Weld Counties were annexed to Broomfield.  Many of these areas retained the county zoning that was in place at the time they were annexed.  The current zoning codes in each of these counties have been amended and are no longer applicable to parcels of land located within the City and County of Broomfield.  Copies of the applicable zoning codes are provided below:

City Council and Land Use Review Commission Presentation Requirements

An overhead camera is used to display map, photograph, or text images on monitors located throughout the council chambers.  The acceptable image size ranges from 8 1/2" x 11" to 36" x 48".  All display boards should be viewed by the council, commission, and the audience via this system.  Please orient the images so that north is toward the top of the display as you view it.  Please use the remote microphone if you wish to point to the display board and leave the area behind the podium.

APPLICANTS WHO WISH TO MAKE AN ELECTRONIC PRESENTATION (SUCH AS POWERPOINT) OR OTHER SPECIAL TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS MUST ARRANGE SUCH PRESENTATIONS IN ADVANCE OF THE MEETING. PLEASE CONTACT GREG SCOTT, GIS DIVISION (303-438-6247) AT LEAST THREE WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED MEETING.
