Planning Department

Our Mission

The Planning Staff reviews development applications for compliance with Broomfield's development standards.  The intent of these reviews is to maintain and improve our citizens' quality of life, protect the environment, and plan for the future needs of the community.  Work is accomplished by highly trained employees in a professional and respectful manner.

Planning News

The City Council is scheduled to consider adoption of the Original Broomfield Neighborhood Plan on September 9, 2008 at 6 p.m. at the City Council Chambers.  For additional information click here.
