Training Division The Training Division oversees police training as well as Emergency Management and Public Education. The Division is responsible for in-service training, field training programs, firearms, driving, defensive tactics training, and recruitment for the Police Department and Detention Center, public education, and county-wide emergency management. The Training Division is overseen by Commander Dale Sarno, and is located within the Detention Center and Training Facility at 11600 Ridge Parkway.
