All aerobics classes are designed for participants aged 16 years and older or 12-15 with and adult

Aqua Fitness classes are not held September 1, November 22, November 27, December 24, 25, 31 or January 1. Classes are cancelled during our maintenance closure from August 23-29. Please check our pool and fitness schedules for additional closures and information.
Anyone ages 16 years and over may participate in any of our water aerobic classes, or 12–15 years may participate with an adult 18 years and over.

Drill Bits You asked for it – just like boot camp on land but in the water! This class will put you through the drills – lots of intervals, high intensity, hard core workouts to get you moving!

 

Aqua Aerobics

A great workout with the same fitness benefit as aerobics, including excellent cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, flexibility & fat burning. The water environment provides nice resistance and a low-impact workout. It's for everyone-swimmers & non, men and women. Join us for a change of pace, cross-training or general fitness.

 

Deep Water Aerobics

A zero-impact workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength, muscle tone, increase fat burning & combat stress. Special equipment is not necessary. Floatation devices (hand buoys & noodles) will provide stability in the water; however you should feel comfortable in deep water.

 

Ultimate Aqua Aerobics

A more difficult class designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, toning and flexibility.  We work on getting your heart rate up, your attitude up and have fun at the same time!

             

Water Walking

This co-ed water class offers low-impact walking exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. The current channel increases resistance of the exercises. Swim skills are not required. Water shoes are recommended. For ages 12–15 years with an adult 18 or over or 16 & Over.

 

Pre-Natal Aqua Aerobics

For pre or postnatal women who want a safe and effective way to stay in shape. Enjoy a fun, relaxing, low impact workout in the water! The class includes cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strengthening, and spine stabilization.

 

Seniorcise

is a  co-ed water exercise class offering a low-impact method for getting into shape. Exercises are designed to develop muscle tone, flexibility, and increase energy. The aerobic portion is designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning.

 

NEW! Classes for Kids!

Flippity Fun! This class is designed to teach you all about having fun in the water! Every day there will be something new – diving, snorkeling, stroke clinics, water polo, water basketball, games, and fitness. This class will cover it all – bring your friends for fun together in the pool and learn something new! For ages 10 - 14 years old

This class will focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility training through a variety of activities designed specifically for youth in a non-competitive environment!
