Seniorcise is
a co-ed water exercise class offering a
low-impact method for getting into shape.
Exercises are designed to develop muscle tone, flexibility, and increase
energy.
The aerobic portion is designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Swim skills are not required.
Water shoes are recommended.
The instructor is A.E.A. certified and an accessible lift is available.
You may pay for this class using an Annual Pass, a Punch Card, or pay a Daily
Drop-In fee.
