Camp Explorer Parents,

Thank you for participating in The City & County of Broomfield’s summer camp.  We are excited for your child/ren to participate in our eighth year of the program.

There will be a Camp Explorer Parent Meeting on Wednesday, May 21 from 6:00-7:00 p.m.  New parents and returning parents will attend separate meetings this year! Please plan on attending this meeting.  We will hand out our summer calendar, collect completed forms, discuss our day to day policies and procedures, field trips, and answer any additional questions.  The meeting will be held at the Broomfield Community Center.

Please read over the Parent Handbook and complete the Camp Explorer forms.  These forms are very important.  They give us critical information about your child and promote safety in case of an emergency.  Please take the time to fill these forms out completely and neatly.  All forms must be turned in before your child/ren’s first day of camp.  Please attach a copy of your child's immunization records.
