2012 Camp Registration! |

Now’s the time to start thinking about what you
are going to do with the kids this coming summer. We offer a
fantastic summer camp program that makes sure your kids have fun all
summer long! Kids are busy with games, arts & crafts, field trips,
swimming, and playing held at Aspen Creek K-8. Campers will go on 3
field trips per week. Please see the different camp descriptions
below. Scheduled payments are assessed an extra $30 processing fee
per child and can only be used on total balances above $500.
Cancellations prior to May 1st will be charged a $50 cancellation
fee. Any changes after the initial registration will be assessed a
$10 administrative fee per change. There are no refunds after May 1,
2012. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Summer Camp Registration Open House:
Saturday, January 7, 2012
Please fill out the registration form Prior to Open House. Staff
will accept registrations in the Lakeshore Room at the Broomfield
Community Center. Numbers for each session will be given out first
come first serve when the Broomfield Community Center opens in the
morning. Please bring your registration form to pick up your number!

Returning Parent Open House:
Monday, May 14, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. at BCC
Turn in paperwork, register for extras, buy swim shirts, go over any
changes, and get questions answered.
New Parent Meeting: Monday, May 14,
2012
at 6:30 p.m. at BCC
There will be a PowerPoint presentation about camp, staff
introductions, and time for questions and answers. Please bring
completed paperwork & questions to meeting. Parents may also
register for extras and buy swim shirts at this time.

Our general camp for our new or young campers! Camp Explorer has 3
field trips per week and time spent at Aspen Creek keeps kids
engaged in different games, sports, activities, and theme days.
Campers MUST be 6 years old by the first

Explorer Extension
Camp

Location:
Broomfield Community Center
Camp Explorer has ended, but school hasn’t begun! Broomfield
Recreation Services offers a 2 week extension program held at The
Broomfield Community Center. Every day will be field trip day but
while at The Community Center kids will still enjoy games, arts &
crafts, and Camp Explorer staff. Register early, space is limited! |
