Youth Summer
Camp
Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. For ages 6 - 12 years.It’s
not too early to start thinking about what to do with the kids this
coming summer. Broomfield Recreation Services offers a fantastic
summer camp program that makes sure your kids have fun all summer
long! Kids are busy with games, arts & crafts, field trips, swimming,
and playing held at Aspen Creek K-8. Campers will go to the Paul Derda
Recreation Center on Tuesdays, The Bay on Thursdays, and have a field
trip outside of Broomfield on Wednesdays. Field trips are included
with Camp registration! Campers receive a T-shirt for trip days.
Scheduled payments are assessed an extra $15 processing fee.
Cancellations prior to the sessions are charged a $50 cancellation
fee. There are no refunds after the session has started. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
Mandatory Parent Meeting:
Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Broomfield Community
Center
Explorer Extension Camp
Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. For ages 6 - 12 years.Camp
Explorer has ended, but school hasn’t begun! Now Broomfield Recreation
Services offers a 2 week extension program held at The Broomfield
Community Center. Each day will have trips including The Bay on
Thursdays and the Paul Derda Recreation Center on Tuesdays. During
these two weeks Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will have field
trips. While at The Community Center kids will still enjoy games, arts
& crafts, and Camp Explorer staff. Register early, space is limited!
Field trips are included with Camp registration! Cancellations

4-H & CampExplorer8-week
campers have the opportunity to join 4-H and work on projects for
competition and display at the Adams County Fair. Project making is held
during the activity rotations at Aspen Creek. More details about this option
will be at the end of the Parent’s Meeting on May 21. Questions about 4-H
