20-20-20 Is designed with variety in mind. Each class will be different, with one thing in common. You will receive 20 minutes of 3 different class formats. (class formats will be chosen from: SPIN, Body Sculpting, Kickboxing, Step Intervals, Pilates, Yoga, track/gym intervals.)

 

Body Sculpting Get conditioned with a total body workout. Tone the whole body using bands, body bars, fit balls, hand weights, tubing, and more.

 

is The Fastest Way In The Universe To Get In Shape. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combine with time efficiency and predictability. BODYPUMP is great for “EVERY BODY”. Bodystep logois a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Some of the benefits you can expect to achieve in this class are toning from the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordinator, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional fitness.

 

BODYVIVE Logois the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose how hard you work. Using the Vive Balls, Tubes, and optional Hand Weights you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, all the while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and fizzing with energy.

 

Boot Camp It’s all in the name! A challenging cardio & strength workout. Be prepared to exercise indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather. Additional classes have been added! Click here for more info!

 

Cardio Blast Attack the body with this high energy cardiovascular workout. A mixed impact workout with a boot camp flare.

 

Core Conditioning 15-minute workout emphasizes the entire center of your body: abs and back.

 

Kickboxing Adaptable to all levels, this class utilizes traditional martial arts moves to train both cardiovascular and muscular systems with upbeat music.

 

Long Ride A 60 minute, stationary cycling class developed to challenge your endurance. Reservations are taken 1-day in advance (303-460-6900).

 

MatStep A safe alternative to Step Aerobics, using a non-slip, impact absorbing mat. -perfect for beginners, seniors, and those rehabbing injuries.

 

Nordic Walking Nordic Walking in its simplest form is walking with poles! Experience the connection between the upper and lower body as you increase cardio-respiratory endurance and muscular strength and endurance while increasing mobility in the upper extremities. Discover what Finland fitness buffs have known for years—Nordic Walking will change your body and your life!

 

Prenatal Strength and Stretch 30 minutes strengthening and 30 minutes stretching the body for an overall workout, developed for your changing needs.  Prenatal Brochure 

 

This class is a new low impact alternative for cardio programming with more variety than you can imagine. This unique cardio workout with backside toning is like walking up hill, your heart rate increases, and you feel the burn in your rear and the back of your legs.

An indoor stationary bike class guaranteed to challenge you, no matter what your fitness level. All levels are encouraged to come. First time riders should arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for instruction on proper bike set - up. Reservations are taken one - day in advanced at the front desk (303 - 460 - 6900).

 

Sports Conditioning Do you need a challenging workout or variety to your current workout schedule? Then come join us in a class that changes with the seasons.

 

Step Sculpt This class utilizes the bench to create an energized, low impact workout. Each class  ends with a strength and flexibility segment.

 

Step & Core This class utilizes the bench to create an energized, low impact workout. Each class has 45 minutes of step followed by 15 minutes of core work and stretching.

 

Step Express Get in and out with this 45-minute cardiovascular workout.

 

Stroller Class (Mommy and Me) A new class designed to give you a workout and bond with your newborn baby. Cardiovascular and strengthen training exercises will be incorporated to get you back in shape. All classes will start on the track, so bring your stroller (jogger or non-jogger) and enjoy a workout with other moms and babies

 

Tread and Shed 30 minutes of instructor lead intervals on the treadmill to help you lose those on wanted pounds. Reservations are taken one-day in advance at the front desk (303-460-6900).

 

Youth Treadmill Games (Ages 10 - 14) 30 minutes of instructor lead intervals and games on the treadmill to add movement and fun into your day. Reservations are taken one-day in advance at the front desk (303-460-6900).

 

Ultimate Fitness Get the most out of your workout! Cardio followed by muscular endurance designed to target the entire body.

 

Yoga Spin®  Is a combination class format that trains your heart and strengthens your lower body with a Spinning ride, and then stretches your hard-worked muscles with yoga asanas. Yoga and the Spinning® program are natural complements to one another because each one has a mental and a physical component, and allows us to train our bodies while developing mind/body awareness. Reservations are taken one-day in advanced at the front desk (303-460-6900).

 

Zumba Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Registration for classes is easy! Just come to the first class and register at that time. Questions are answered at the first class before the tuition is collected. Class payment is on a monthly basis. First class is FREE! Open to anyone 16 years old and over.
