Is designed with variety in mind. Each class will be
different, with one thing in common. You will receive 20 minutes of 3 different
class formats to give you a great overall workout in 60 minutes. (class formats will be chosen from: SPIN, Body Sculpting,
Kickboxing, Step Intervals, Pilates, Yoga, track/gym intervals.)
Body
Sculpting Get conditioned with a total body workout. Tone
the whole body using bands, body bars, fit balls, hand weights, tubing, and
more.

Universe To Get In Shape. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where
muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of
the benefits of traditional weight training combine with time efficiency and
predictability. BODYPUMP is great for “EVERY BODY”.

workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting
music. Some of the benefits you can expect to achieve in this class are toning
from the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordinator, and upper and
lower body conditioning for functional fitness.

Using the Vive Balls, Tubes, and optional Hand Weights you’re talked
step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, all the while
listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling
thoroughly rejuvenated and fizzing with energy.
Gentle Yoga
Will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga
poses. Chair support is offered to
safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance
and range of movement. Restorative
breathing exercises and a final relaxation promotes stress reduction and mental
clarity.
Jazzercise®
If you like to exercise and dance, you'll love Jazzercise! Set to the beat of
great music, these easy to follow, fun, aerobic dance routines with muscle
toning and stretching exercises is sure to get your heart pumping and your feet
moving. Please register with the instructor on your first class. Class payment
is on a monthly basis.
Long Ride
A 60 minute, stationary cycling
class developed to challenge your endurance. Reservations are taken 1-day in
advance (303-460-6900).
Mommy Friendly Cardio Time
Bring your baby and utilize the cardiovascular equipment
between 1-3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The child must be securely fastened in a
car seat carrier and stroller next to you!
Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking in its simplest form is walking with poles! Experience the
connection between the upper and lower body as you increase cardiorespiratory
endurance and muscular strength and endurance while increasing mobility in the
upper extremities. Discover what Finland fitness buffs have known for years!
Nordic Walking will change your body and your life.
Pilates
Broomfield Recreation Services offers a number of Pilates classes to fit your
schedule and level.
SilverSneakers® A
group of classes designed for active adults
An
indoor stationary bike class guaranteed to challenge you, no matter what your
fitness level. All levels are encouraged to come. First time riders should
arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for instruction on proper bike set - up.

Spin® FLEX is a combo class format that adds the
use of flex bands, tubing and dumbbells to train the major muscles groups,
paying special attention to the upper body following a 40-45 minute Spin ride.
Spin® Yoga is a combination class format that
trains your heart and strengthens your lower body with a Spinning ride, and then
stretches your hard-worked muscles with yoga asanas. Yoga and the Spinning®
program are natural complements to one another because each one has a mental and
a physical component, and allows us to train our bodies while developing
mind/body awareness. Reservations are taken one-day in advanced at the front

Stroller Class (Mommy and
Me)
A new class designed to give you
a workout and bond with your newborn baby. Cardiovascular and strengthen
training exercises will be incorporated to get you back in shape. All classes
will start on the track, so bring your stroller (jogger or non-jogger) and enjoy
a workout with other moms and babies
Ultimate Fitness Get
the most out of your workout! Cardio followed by muscular endurance designed to
target the entire body in a 60-90 minute class.

Youth Cardio Games (Ages 10 - 14) 30 minutes of
instructor lead intervals & games on the treadmill, bike and/or elliptical to
add movement & fun into your day. Followed by 15 minutes of core work and
stretching. Class meets on the back side of the track. Reservations are taken
one-day in advance at the front desk (303-460-6900).
Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and
motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba
participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that
a workout should be “FUN
AND EASY TO
DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and
achieve long-term health benefits. Class payment is on a monthly basis.
