If you like to exercise and dance, you’ll love Jazzercise! Set to the beat of
great music, these easy to follow, fun, aerobic dance routines with muscle

Golf Conditioning
Do you want more Birdies? Broomfield Recreation Services and the Broadlands Golf
Course are partnering to offer a 6-week Course at the Paul Derda Recreation
Center, which includes: Muscular Strength Training, Flexibility Training,

This interactive, informative workshop will teach some of the best strength

offers superior martial arts instruction in Tae Kwon Do at an affordable
