Jazzercise
If you like to exercise and dance, you’ll love Jazzercise! Set to the beat of great music, these easy to follow, fun, aerobic dance routines with muscle toning and stretching exercises is sure to get your heart pumping and your feet moving. Please register with the instructor on your first class. For questions, please contact Cheryl Reeder at 303-466-1484. Class payment is on a monthly basis.

Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Holiday Meltdown

13th Annual Spring Fitness Challenge
Do you need some extra motivation to stay with that New Year’s Resolution? Join us in our 13th Annual Spring Fitness Challenge for your chance to win an annual pass to PDRC and BCC. Final party with prizes is Thursday, April 15 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Individual Challenge (only)
Sign up for your initial Fitness Assessment & Body Fat Test to get you started. Workout a minimum of 3 days per week, retest at the end of the 8 weeks, and enter for a chance to win one of the three grand prizes. Incentive gift awarded to all participants, and prizes awarded for completion of a variety of challenges. Challenge runs from February 15 - April 11, the final weigh-in is on April 13 or 14.
