Jazzercise
If you like to exercise and dance, you’ll love Jazzercise! Set to the beat of great music, these easy to follow, fun, aerobic dance routines with muscle toning and stretching exercises is sure to get your heart pumping and your feet moving. Please register with the instructor on your first class. For questions, please contact Cheryl Reeder at 303-466-1484. Class payment is on a monthly basis.

Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Golf Conditioning
Do you want more Birdies? Broomfield Recreation Services and the Broadlands Golf Course are partnering to offer a 6-week Course at the Paul Derda Recreation Center, which includes: Muscular Strength Training, Flexibility Training, Balance Training, Core Strength Training, and two 1/2 hour private lessons with an instructor at the Broadlands Golf Course.

Cross Training to Improve your Running Workshop
This interactive, informative workshop will teach some of the best strength training exercises to improve your running and how to do them properly. You’ll learn the strength training phases to coordinate with your racing schedule so that you perform at your peak for your race. You will also learn the most effective yoga and traditional stretches to keep you loose, flexible and injury free. Whether you are running a 5K or a marathon, you will leave with a program for a stronger, more flexible body and you’ll be amazed with how your running will improve. The Spinning 8-week Weight Loss Program is not a diet—it’s a plan you can live with. TaeKwon Do This class offers superior martial arts instruction in Tae Kwon Do at an affordable expense. Students develop and harness their inner strength through rigorous, disciplined and fast-pace classes focused on stretching, physical conditioning, and technique (i.e. kicks, punches, strikes and blocks).
