Intro to Pilates Matwork An orientation to Pilates to help you learn the 10 basic mat exercises. Plus, learn the 7 fundamental skills needed in order to initiate movements from your core muscles, rather than overusing the superficial muscles. This fundamentals class helps you get the most out of Pilates mat classes. Great for beginners as well as those who want to maximize the benefit of Pilates mat exercises. For ages 16 years and over.

Yoga /Pilates 10-punch Pass Purchase a Yoga/Pilates 10-punch pass for your convenience and attend any of our classes. Please pick up a number at the front desk anytime up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time.

Pilates Reformer at PDRC in the Wellness Room Work with a certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to develop long and strong muscles, stabilize core muscles and improve posture. Previous Mat Pilates exposure recommended, not required. A ParQ2 is required upon the first appointment. Contact Veronica (303-460-6928) to schedule.

Pilates Matwork
Pilates offers a system of conditioning to develop lean, well-toned muscles, balance, strength and flexibility, improved
posture and mind/body connection, and an overall sense of well-being. Finish a Pilates workout, and feel refreshed,
invigorated, and energized.

Pilates Clinic
This educational two hour workshop will focus on the proper form needed to execute the Pilates mat exercises - including modifications. The six Pilates Principles will be covered. This clinic will benefit beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. See how you can maximize the benefits of Pilates and enhance your Pilates practice.

Pilates with Props
Designed to work at the beginner level to focus on the nuances of the classical Pilates Mat without straining your neck
or back. The equipment is used to help stretch and lengthen the body to find correct alignment of joints and work
stabilizing muscles in each of the Pilates exercises to build strength.
