Intro to Pilates Matwork An orientation to Pilates to help you
learn the 10 basic mat exercises. Plus, learn the 7 fundamental skills
needed in order to initiate movements from your core muscles, rather than
overusing the superficial muscles. This fundamentals class helps you get the
most out of Pilates mat classes. Great for beginners as well as those who
want to maximize the benefit of Pilates mat exercises. For ages 16 years and over.

at PDRC in the Wellness Room Work with a certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to develop long and strong
muscles, stabilize core muscles and improve posture. Previous Mat Pilates
exposure recommended, not required. A ParQ2
