Our indoor walking - running track has great views!
11 laps = one mile.
Come in from the cold, come in from the dust and
bugs, and exercise on a safe, smooth, even surface.
There is a stretching area and exercise equipment
along the track behind the gymnasiums.

Please be courteous and respect
others when participating at our recreation
centers.
Check the track direction for the day
Walkers use the outside lane
Joggers and Fast Walkers use the middle lane
Runner use the inside lane
If you are walking two abreast be aware of those behind you
Please limit cell phone use in this area
