Weight Room Orientations $15.00 Confused about how to use the equipment or what equipment? Sign-up for an orientation and learn how to safely use the cardiovascular equipment and select Cybex Machines for a complete total body workout. During your 45-minute appointment, your individualized settings are determined and a total body workout is established for you to meet your fitness goals. Sign-up at the front desk at PDRC. Weight Training For Youth Instruction is given on cardiovascular equipment, cable machines and Cybex equipment. Taught by a certified Personal Trainer, each student learns their individual settings and proper form and technique. Upon successful completion, each student is certified to use the exercise equipment at PDRC and BCC during normal hours after paying the daily drop-in fee. The first 4-classes are at PDRC and the last class is at BCC.  For ages 11–14 years.

 

Weight Training For Women Are you confused about weights, machines, and the myths surrounding exercise and women? Then this course is for you. Taught by a certified Personal Trainer, you learn the appropriate settings and technique for different exercises. You also learn how to develop an exercise program for you to meet your fitness goals. For ages 18 years and over.

Weight Training For Seniors Instruction is given on weight machines and cardio equipment. You will learn the appropriate settings and technique for different exercises. This six week class is taught by a certified personal trainer. Age: 50 years & over. Location: PDRC
