BCC: The weight room is open when ever the facility is and features a
state of the art treadmill, a climb max bike, recumbent bike, life cycle; Tetrix
climb max 2, bike max; 2 elliptical machines, stretcher, decline bench,
universal, cross over, bench press, leg press, curl bench, squat rack
and more!

cardio areas are open when the facility is.
Over 5,000 Square Feet of Cardio and Strength Training Equipment. Cybex
selectorized, plate loaded and Free Weights. Over 50 pieces of cardio.

Weight Room Orientations
$15.00 Confused about the
weight room equipment? In this class you will learn how to safely
use the cardiovascular equipment and select Cybex Machines for a complete total
body workout. During your 45-minute appointment, your individualized settings
are determined and a total body workout is established for you to meet your
fitness goals. For more information, please contact

Rules and Regulations
Open to high school age patrons or older
Middle school age kids can use the equipment after they have successfully
completed weight training.
No food or drink in the weight area except water.
Report any equipment problems to staff.
Replace weights when finished.
Wipe down equipment when finished.
Don't drop weights on the floor or in the rack.
Shirts and proper clothing must be worn while working-out including closed toe,
athletic shoes.
Cardio has a 30-minute limit if someone is waiting.
