Preschool Wednesday Morning Nature Walks

Friday Kid’s Classes
Friday Kid’s Classes are a fun introduction to the world around us. Learn about the natural world from a kid’s point of view with lots of hands-on activities. Register with the Community Center or Paul Derda Recreation Center. Meet at the location listed below. There will be a charge of $3 per child for these programs.

Bats, Bats, Bats
In this class children will learn about these nocturnal hunters. They will also learn many adaptations of bats. Students will learn what is true and not true about these amazing animals

Awesome Owls
In this class children will learn about these nocturnal hunters. They will also learn the many adaptations of owls. Students will examine owl pellets to see what these amazing animals eat.
