Parks, Shelters & Facility Rentals For use of Recreation Services facilities, shelters, park areas, ball fields and soccer / football facilities, please call the Recreation Services Reservation line at 303-464-5509. Leave all the pertinent information and a Recreation Services reservation assistant will return your call to confirm your request. Reservations for the following year can be requested beginning October 1 of the current year. Alcohol Beverage Permits can be obtained only if you have reserved one of our facilities. Alcohol Beverage Permits can be obtained only if you have reserved one of our facilities. All calls are returned in the order that they are received. All facilities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. To insure sufficient processing time for permit approval, call or submit the completed form to either Recreation Center at least ten working days prior to the event. Insufficient could result in disapproval of the permit.
