Reflexology is like a
combination massage and acupuncture treatment on the feet. It is based on the
principle that there are reflex areas in the feet that related to every organ
and to all parts of the body. Properly stimulated, these reflexes help activate
the natural healing powers of the body. The effects of a reflexology treatment
include overall relaxation, improved circulation and immune system function, and
improved digestion and elimination!
