Teams:
Team of 3 - $80.00.
Team of two – each pays the $30 for a total of $60.
Registration info:
·
Make sure all team
members have a registration form filled out
·
Register one team
member at $80. Register the
other two team members at $0
·
Write team on the
top of the registration forms and staple together
Participants may
sign up as a team and participate in a couple of different ways:
·
Each team member
completes all of the events – everyone does the swim, bike, run.
We then combine all the times to give an average.
·
One team member
completes one of the events – someone does the swim, someone does the
bike, someone does the run.
We then come up with the total time.
·
A team of two –
where one team member does one event, the other does two.
Please see the back of this sheet to make sure your team information is
correct. If there is a
problem, please email Dawn
asap.
If you are on a team
of 3 participants and
you are all participating in every event – swim, bike, run…
-
Each person
should have their own heating card (swim heat and lane number) and
bib number (this bib needs to be worn during the finish of the race)
-
Each person will
wear their own bib number and write their own number on their
arm/leg to be identified
-
Each person will
compete in all three events – swim, bike, run
-
Each individual
member will be combined with the other team members to receive a
“team” time used to be compared with the other teams
If you are on a team
of 2-3 participants and you are participating in only on event –
one person is doing the swim, one person is doing the bike, one the run
(relay)…
-
Only the team
member swimming will have a heating card (swim heat and lane number)
-
The biker may
stand in the transition area and wait for their swimmer – when they
get there – tag and go! Same
goes for the runner the biker approaches!!
-
Only the team
member running will have the bib number that they are to wear during
the run and at the finish
-
All team members
should write their team (bib) number on their arm and leg – where it
is visible (the number assigned to the runner)
The team will finish and their “team” time will be compared with the
other teams
