Aquatics Class This class is designed for individuals with a
disability. Participants will gain confidence while having fun in the water.
Instructor will play games, water volleyball, scavenger hunts, water aerobics,
diving for objects and words, underwater games. Class ratios are 1 instructor to
4 participants. For ages 8 years and over.

Adaptive Water Aerobics
This class is for individuals with disabilities to workout in the water. You get
the same fitness benefits as land aerobics, including excellent cardiovascular
conditioning, muscle toning, flexibility and fat burning. The water environment
provides a great low impact workout. Aqua aerobics is for everyone- swimmers and
non-swimmers. Age: 8 years and over

Therapeutic Swim Lessons This program is designed for the beginning swimmer.
Swimming fundamentals and basic strokes are taught working on what the
participant can do to swim! All class ratios will be one instructor to 3

Private Swim Lessons Private lessons give individuals an opportunity to
work in a one-on-one setting with an instructor that fits their needs.
Participants get a chance to practice their skills, work on technique and
receive individual feedback and attention at their pace. All lessons will be 30
minutes in length. All sessions include a total of 5 classes. Make-up
classes/credits will not be available for classes missed. Please see our
