Yoga Spin®
This class is for individuals with developmental disabilities. Is a combination
class format that trains your heart and strengthens your lower body with a
Spinning ride, and then stretches your hard - worked muscles with yoga asanas.
Yoga and the Spinning® program are natural complements to one another because
each one has a mental and a physical component, and allows us to train our
bodies while developing mind/body awareness.

Ball,
Balance & More This
class is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. Join us in
our new class where you will learn the basics of a ball workout to increase your
core muscle strength. We will be spending a portion of the class on the track
working on cardio endurance. Participants will work at their own level. This
class is great for individuals working on increasing overall fitness levels.

Weight Training
This class is for individuals with developmental
disabilities. Need help with the machines, want a trainer to help you with
a workout program? Then join us and your friends in a weekly workout on
the weights. Taught by a certified Personal Trainer.

Adaptive Gymnastics
This is class is designed for individuals with disabilities. All levels are
welcome! Must have passed level 1 to register for Level 2. Participants are
taught basic fundamentals of floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and
vault. Also emphasizing strength building, coordination, and body awareness.
These sessions are for athletes who are training for Special Olympics
competition that takes place in April and June.
For ages 8 years and over.

Parent-Tot Adaptive Gymnastics
New inclusive program for children with disabilities from the ages of 3 to 5
years! This program will help to develop motor skills, coordination, balance and
creativity through gymnastics basics. Class will consist of structured time
along with play time for socialization.

Weekend Camping Trip
Head to the mountains and spend a weekend at Cheley camp. Spend time meeting new
friends, hiking, playing sports, and enjoying arts & crafts. All meals are
included. If you enjoy the outdoors, you will enjoy this trip! You must be
independent. The trip leaves from Broomfield on Friday afternoon and returns on
Sunday morning. You need permission to register for this trip, if you would like

Bunk with the Beast at the Denver Zoo
Have you ever wondered what happens at the Zoo at night? Find out on a Bunk with
the Beast overnight Adventure! Explore the Zoo with experienced guides after
hours and before the crowds. We will be meeting up with surrounding agencies. An
opportunity to meet up with old friends and meet new friends.

Community Outings!
Join us as we head out once a month for an
outing in the community. Explore the surrounding restaurants, entertainment,
activities and more. This is for the independent individual. We are working
on promoting independent living skills i.e. money skills, community
awareness and time management.
All transportation departs from and returns to PDRC. For ages

Join us as
we head to
Boulder
to play dodgeball and enjoy a hot dog dinner! This activity is a cooperative
program with surrounding agencies, don’t miss out! No previous dodgeball
