OUR MISSION: The Broomfield Senior Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality social, recreational and supportive services to mature adults. It is our goal to foster a warm environment where individuals can explore and enjoy activities and services designed to meet the needs and enrich the lives of our diverse older adult population.

SERVICES OFFERED:

Transportation
We can help you arrange transportation to your local stores. doctor’s appointments, errands and of course, our facility. We also offer a class to educate you on how to use the local public transportation system, RTD, called Freedom to Ride. For more information click here, or call 303-464-5526.

Congregate Lunches
FOOD with friends! Lakeshore serves lunch Monday through Friday from noon to 1 p.m. Fun special event lunches too!

Meals on Wheels
For those who are homebound or cannot get to our facility, hot, fresh, nutritious meals can be delivered to your door by friendly volunteers!

Support Groups
These groups meet monthly to share resources, discuss current client issues, and receive general support for various health issues, disabilities or grief. All are welcome. Come in if you suffer directly or indirectly from these issues.

Resource Information
We offer information on Assisted Living, Retirement Communities, and Subsidized Independent Living, Home Health Care Agencies and Respite Care.

Classes and Services
We offer classes and services such as 55 Alive Mature Drivers Education, Crime Prevention, Support Groups, a Loan Closet, Financial Assistance, Fitness and so much more!
