With limited resources, the schedule has been modified. Please
read carefully the following to know when transportation service is
available.
All medical appointments,
in-town and
out-of-town, must be scheduled at
least 3 business days in advance.
If you need any transportation that requires a vehicle with a
lift, you must schedule
3 business days in advance.
