ADDITIONAL CHARGES
FEDERAL MANDATE
- For new residents the minimum charge of $3.12
- Minimum charge for any account is $2.08
- $.52 per thousand gallons of the average winter consumption (AWC) is assessed to comply with federal regulations regarding sewer discharges as established by the Environmental Protection Agency.
SEWER SURCHARGE
- An additional sewer charge will be assessed on accounts that have excess BOD, COD or TSS. For more information please call waste water 303.438.6339
STANDBY FIRE PROTECTION
- There is an additional charge for dedicated firelines as follows:
