Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination

The City & County of Broomfield must develop, implement and enforce a program to detect and eliminate illicit discharges into the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System.  An illicit discharge is considered any discharge not consisting entirely of stormwater.
