C.A.R.A. Youth Cross Country Program

This program provides an opportunity for a recreational distance running experience and distance running skill development. Participants are encouraged to be able to jog/run a minimum of 10 minutes continuously prior to the first practice. Participants have the opportunity to compete in five meets (Saturdays or Sundays) starting in mid-September going through mid-October. Team shirt included.
