Beginning June 1, pick up the reading log for your age and start reading! You have until July 16 to register online or in person and to pick up your reading log, but the sooner you get your log, the sooner you can start tracking your reading and earning prizes! There are three separate reading logs and challenges to meet the needs of kids of all ages: Babies & Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Elementary kids.
As you finish each level come back to the library and get great prizes! The last day to finish reading and pick up prizes is Saturday, July 29.

Join the library and FreeRange Playground at a pop-up adventure playground for kids aged 12 and under. We will set up an unstructured play space full of everyday materials that kids can use to imagine, build and destroy as they see fit! Parents play and build with the younger children (toddlers - preschoolers), and while kids 5 & up will be supervised, parents are asked to observe the fun from the sidelines so the kids can navigate risks, solve problems and collaborate on their own, all while having a great time! Parents—bring lawn chairs or blankets to relax on the grass.
Learn to play outdoor group games and take them home to play in your neighborhood! Pick up a free ticket at the Children’s Information Desk beginning 30 minutes before each program. Remember to bring a hat, water & sunscreen! Presented by our own Broomfield Public Health Department.
