Barre FusionClass Listing
Barre Fusion develops strength, flexibility, and endurance while burning calories. This workout will shape and elongate your muscles using low weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre as well as on the floor. We always include a releasing stretch after we work a muscle group, which results in stronger and more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility. Each class is designed for you to feel invigorated, challenged, and inspired. Class is done in bare feet or sticky socks. Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.
This class offers superior martial arts instruction in Taekwon-Do at an affordable expense. Students develop and harness their inner strength through rigorous, disciplined and fast-pace classes focused on stretching, physical conditioning, and technique (i.e. kicks, punches, strikes and blocks.) Certified instructors teach all aspects of Taekwon-Do (basic movement, patterns, sparring, self-defense, and breaking) for all levels, white to black belt. Start now and begin the path to become a Black Belt! Registration and participation fees occur on the first day of class. Late registrations welcome! Payable by CHECK only to Trinity Taekwon-Do. ShinkendoShinkendo is a Japanese swordsmanship art that teaches the practical application of the samurai sword (katana). Students will learn the safe handling and use of the katana in areas such as swinging drills, solo forms and paired sparring. Classes are on-going so the best time to begin training is now!
Due to the nature of our training students below the age of 18 will not be admitted. The first two sessions are free of charge; come see if Shinkendo is right for you! No equipment is necessary to begin. Simply arrive in comfortable workout clothes and we will discuss the uniform if you are interested in studying. TRX ClassesClass Listings
The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise -- because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. By utilizing your own body weight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides great performance and functionality. Classes are taught in groups limited to six people by a certified personal trainer. Please check the website for specific days/times available per month.

ViPR Classes Class Listings
ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength. ViPR is the ultimate whole-body tool, combining traditional resistance exercises together with the agility required for achieving optimal sports and fitness performance. Course is designed as small group personal training with a maximum of eight people per class. Times and Days are flexible for course offerings! Get a group of 4–7 people together and pick your day and time!

Couch to 5K Class Listings
This program will have you off the couch and running 3.1 miles! Learn the basics of running form and safety techniques as you follow a trainer-led running plan. The Couch to 5K helps with your mileage goals, provides motivation, as well as creates a support group with other people! You will be ready to run the Broomfield Days 5K on Saturday, September 17.
