City Staff plays an active role in assisting the constellation in realizing their visions.
Some goals identified by staff:
Increase visibility by optimizing marketing efforts.
Define culture programs and amenities brand.
Continue the community conversation regarding how the Audi is used.
Cultural amenities such as the museums and Audi are seen as “destinations”.
Value, celebrate and preserve the history and heritage of our community.
Identify Broomfield stewards of history.
Revisit the Sister City program, the evolution of its purpose and sustainability of programs.
Attract marquee events to the community.
Tell a better story about who we are and what we do.
Some needs identified by staff:
Better signage for venues.
Software for box office ticketing.
Improved software for scheduling spaces.
Climate controlled storage for the Depot museum.
Additional staff to support the growing programs and services.
A performance space that is more conducive to dance and theater.
