This 288 seat facility is great for school events, music, dance, theater and/or corporate events. The Broomfield Auditorium is located at 3 Community Park Road, Broomfield.

The Auditorium shares the building with the Broomfield Library and has plenty of free parking. Click here to obtain directions.  Click here for a map of the handicap parking. The Auditorium has 6 wheel chair accessible spaces.

To Request a Rental Permit, click here for B-REx.com  Make sure to select the Broomfield Auditorium in the drop menu. 60 days prior notice is required for all rentals. Click here for a detailed instruction sheet.

Requested dates for Rental Permits will be held for clients on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be processed in the order of incoming permits.  Requested dates will be blocked from public view on the Auditorium Booking Calendar.

  • Liability Insurance is required.  If needed, see TULIP Special Event Insurance below.
  • Unoccupied set storage: When props, lights and/or sets remain on stage between scheduled rehearsals and/or performances, hourly fee apply.
  • Holiday Rates are 1 ½ x above fees and apply to use scheduled during observed City and County of Broomfield holidays (Note some holidays are not available for rental. These do not show unavailable on B-REx.com until the permit is submitted.)
  • *Note after 5 p.m. Friday-Sunday, and during any times the library is closed, rentals may charged for an additional staff for the reminder of the event to maintain patron and facility safety and security.

Basic Fee Includes


  • Standard lighting plot
  • Sound system includes 2 microphones or sound inputs of choice from available inventory, CD player, mixer, speakers, monitors and intercom.
  • 1 Auditorium Event Staff
  • 60 music stands and chairs; Conductor’s podium; Lectern; 6 tables
  • Events open to the public receive limited supplemental event listings.

Payment Schedule 


Payments on contracts are due at 120 days prior to the event.
  • 50% is due at 120 days. 
  • The final 50% is due at 60 days. 
  • Deposits are not required.

Cancellation Policy


If the contract is cancelled by the renter the following refund is available excluding out-of pocket expenses incurred by Broomfield. 
  • 90 to 120 days prior to the event 50% refund  
  • 60 to 89 days prior to the event 25% refund  
  • Less than 60 days prior to the event no refund. 
If payments have not been made at the time of cancellation, the renters is still responsible for the non-refundable fees. This cancellation policy applies once the permit is approved.
