Commercial Property Tax Valuations

Property Notice Of Valuations (N.O.V.) for commercial buildings are now mailed. The Assessor and his staff gave an update on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 to review property valuations, how valuations affect your property tax bill, and the valuation appeal process.
