Residential Concrete Rebate Program (RCRP)

This rebate program is offered by the City and County of Broomfield to assist residential property owners in making needed repairs to their curbs, sidewalks, and gutters along their properties in the public right of way by providing rebates for qualified concrete repairs or replacements. The criteria below have been established so that RCRP may be administered consistently and fairly. This program is not for concrete replacements on private property, such as driveways and walkways to the residence.

RCRP Criteria: Timely removal and replacement of damaged concrete is the goal of the residential concrete rebate program. Minor trip hazards (less than ½” grade separation) can be remedied through less expensive maintenance activities (i.e. mudjacking). Grade separations of 1” or more may require full replacement of the concrete segment (a concrete segment, or section, is defined as the portion of concrete between the joints in the concrete). You can see more specific criteria here.
