Testing information includes both PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and antigen tests processed by the state CDPHE laboratory and private laboratories. Both negative and positive test results are reported in order to calculate the positivity rate.
In order to meet the Protect Our Neighbor metrics, a community must have sufficient testing capacity and meet a minimum testing rate. Additionally, the positivity rate must be below 5%.
