Special Events Volunteer Positions
BrewHaHa
Cover shifts at one of four zero waste stations around Arista Park and encourage guests to correctly recycle and compost their waste during this annual craft beer festival.
Broomfield Days
Cover shifts at one of twenty zero waste stations around Midway Park and encourage guests to correctly recycle and compost their waste during this annual event celebrating Broomfield’s history. The Green Team diverts over one ton of waste from the landfill each year.
Easter Eggstravaganza
Sort thousands of pre-wrapped candies, eggs and toys to prepare for the Easter Eggstravaganza. At the event, join the Candy Crew to safeguard all the candy, distribute it in the egg hunt areas, and maintain the egg hunting boundaries.
Holiday Tree Lighting
Create a festive tree lighting event at this Broomfield holiday tradition. Duties may include assisting with hay wagon rides, maintaining lines for Santa visits, handing out programs and candy canes, and welcoming guests.
Student Art Show
Assist with hanging and displaying student artwork at the Broomfield Community Center. Upon conclusion of the art show, assist with taking down the art and safely packing it to be returned to the schools.
Talk To Santa
Make phone calls to children using specific details provided by parents to create a magical experience by using an enthusiastic Santa voice.
