If your permit was lost or stolen you need to fill out the following form and return it (along with a check for $15 made payable to the Broomfield Police Department) to the Broomfield Police Department, Attention J.R. Once received, arrangements will be made to issue you a new permit card. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE OUT-OF-STATE? If you move out of state, the permit becomes invalid and must be returned to the Broomfield Police Department.
IF I MOVE TO COLORADO, IS MY OUT-OF-STATE CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMIT VALID? Once you become a legal resident of Colorado, you have a 90-day grace period with your out-of-state permit as long as Colorado has reciprocity with that state.
