Broomfield sends letter to Erie regarding the proposed amended and restated operator agreement with Crestone Peak.
On October 30, 2018, the City and County of Broomfield submitted comments with regard to the Town of Erie’s proposed Amended and Restated Operator Agreement with Crestone Peak Resources LLC (Operator Agreement). It’s clear that Erie has put much time and thought into negotiating the Operator Agreement. Because of the Acme Pad’s proximity to Broomfield, we are making these comments in an effort to minimize impacts on Broomfield residents.
