The 21st Annual Spring Fitness Challenge is your chance to get in shape for the spring and summer with group personal training! Led by a certified Personal Trainer, you train with 7-11 additional people to accomplish your personalized weight loss an exercise goals. Weight and body fall loss are monitored, motivating workouts that challenge and create change, nutritional guidance and weekly goals are set by your personal trainer. Challenge runs for eight weeks with final weigh outs at the end of the challenge. The individual that loses the greatest percentage of weight loss and the greatest percentage of body fat loss out of all the participants will win a Recreation Pass for a year!
