On January 25, 2019, Crestone Peak Resources (Crestone) submitted a document to the Planning Director described as "feedback, additional information, or additional documentation." This was submitted in response to Broomfield's comments and requests regarding Crestone's Use be Special Review (USR) application for the proposed Goltl oil and gas well pads. A map of the proposed Goltl can be viewed here. Crestone originally submitted a Use by Special Review application, which can be viewed here, for the Goltl pads on February 23, 2018. Broomfield provided comments on Crestone's application on April 24, 2018, and a Notice of New Oil and Gas Regulations on July 13, 2018.
