The City and County of Broomfield has received the required baseline noise monitoring reports for the Livingston, Northwest A and B, and United Pads. The baseline monitoring reports for the Interchange A and B Pads were received in December 2018. All of the reports were prepared and submitted by ENGR, Extraction's third-party consultant. The Operator Agreement requires Extraction to complete a baseline noise mitigation study at each well site. In addition, the Comprehensive Drilling Plan requires Extraction to conduct the baseline noise studies prior to the start of construction of the pad site. In October of 2018, CCOB staff approved the third party consultant used to conduct the noise monitoring studies, along with the sites used, and the process associated with the study. CCOB staff are currently reviewing the noise studies and will provide additional information when the review is complete. The reports can be viewed through the following links, United East, United South, United West, Northwest A East, Northwest A West, Northwest B East, Northwest B West, Livingston East, Livingston North, and Livingston South.
