On January 23, 2020, the COGCC shared draft changes (linked here) to 300 and 500 series rules and announced the following hearing dates for the COGCC Mission:
April 29, 2020
May 6, 7 and 8, 2020
May 13, 14 and 15, 2020
May 27, 28 and 29, 2020
Broomfield will be participating in these rulemakings with other allied local governments in the COGCC Mission Change rulemaking. Broomfield and the allied local governments will be reviewing this information and meeting with COGCC to develop our party’s position.
