Heavy bag training is a unique way to achieve a great cardio workout! You will be taught how to use the heavy bag to bring a new style of workout into your routine. You will feel more prepared to use the bag in one of your workouts or in a boxing class.
Bring your own pumpkin weighing 6-10 pounds to use for a full body workout. The pumpkin will be your workout equipment for the workout $5 donations will be accepted at the event and donated to Broomfield FISH to assist with Thanksgiving baskets.
