    For children ages newborn to 24 months with a caregiver. An interactive story time focusing on the three "R's" - Rhythm, rhyme and repetition. Baby sign language and research on social emotional growth and brain development are included in a lively and fun atmosphere. Includes time for adults to socialize and babies to play. No registration required. Pick up a free ticket at the Children's Desk the morning of the program.

    The cancer support group provides a time and space for patients, survivors, caregivers, and family members of any cancer diagnosis to connect with one another and receive information on resources and support.   2. Library Board Meeting

    July 6, 2017, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library, first floor conference room

    Purpose The purpose of the Library Board is to serve as an advisory body to City Council regarding the operations of the library. Mission The Library Board is a seven-member board appointed by and advisory to the Broomfield City Council. Members must be residents of the city. The board convenes to organize and elect a chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary. The board reviews the annual budget request prepared by the library director prior to submittal to the city manager and city council and provides written recommendations regarding approval. The board works in unison with the library director to aid in fulfilling the library needs for Broomfield residents.
