Housing Division
Mission
Working in partnership with the community, Federal and State housing funding and regulatory agencies, developers, and neighboring communities, the Broomfield Housing Division provides a variety of housing programs to meet the diverse and changing needs of Broomfield residents to enhance their quality of life.

Services
Currently, the City and County of Broomfield does not own, operate or manage any housing of its own. Additionally, Broomfield Housing Division cannot provide legal advice or be involved in tenant-landlord disputes. However, Broomfield partners closely with a number of community and non-profit organizations that provide housing services and assistance. Additionally, Broomfield Housing Division works to allocate federal dollars to assist low-income individuals and families. Please find links to available housing resources below.

Boulder-Broomfield Regional HOME Consortium
In the interest of enhancing citizen participation, the City of Boulder, Boulder County, City and County of Broomfield and the Boulder Broomfield Regional Consortium request comments on their 2021 HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP). The draft plan describes the Consortium’s intended use of the HOME ARP funds as required in HUD Notice CPD-21-10, and a copy is available for public review at https://bouldercolorado.gov/media/9630/download?inline.
A 30-day public comment period will begin on Sunday, April 23, 2023. All residents are encouraged to submit written comments or questions by 5:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, to Sharon Tessier, City of Broomfield Housing Program Manager at One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, Colorado 80020, or call (303) 438-6396, or email stessier@broomfield.org
Copies of the HOME ARP Action Plan Amendment will be made available upon request and are free of charge. Upon request, this document will also be made available to non-English speaking persons and persons with disabilities. Per federal requirements, the public will have 30 days in which to comment on the report before it is submitted to HUD. All comments received will be responded to in writing and will be included in the submission to HUD.

- This notice is intended to provide information and the opportunity for public comment. Broomfield's 2023 HUD Annual Action Plan - DRAFT for Public Comment will be available from Tuesday, May 30, 2023, through Thursday, June 29, 2023, for review.
- Written comments must be received by close of business on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
- Please submit written comments to the City and County Housing Division via email to housingdivision@broomfield.org or in person at 1 DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020.
- Copies of the Plan accessible to persons with disabilities or in languages other than English are available by request.
