Broomfield Library's Home Service program serves Broomfield residents in approved senior living communities who are physically unable to come to the library. Currently, the program serves Highland Trail, Broomfield Silvercrest, and Sunrise at FlatIrons senior living communities. With Home Service, volunteers will bring the library to you!
What kind of materials will I get?
When you sign up for the service, we will ask about your reading preferences. Each month, volunteers will select materials for you. Broomfield Library has a wide range of fiction, non-fiction, audio books, and large print books available. You will also have access to our movie and TV series collection.
Due to the length of time items are checked out to Home Service patrons, new/popular items or items marked as “Lucky Day” in our catalog are unavailable.
How often are materials delivered?
Volunteers will deliver and pick up materials once a month.
Will I be charged for overdue books?
No, you will not be charged for overdue books. However, you will be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
