Brunner Farmhouse Meeting Space

Use of the Brunner Farmhouse is available to those community groups that meet the eligibility requirements.


The following criteria is used in determining eligibility:

  • Must be a charitable group, non-commercial group, or community support group that serves Broomfield
  • Group reflects community spirit, and the values of the group provides or intends to provide a service to the community
  • Any event(s) must be sponsored by a non-profit serving the Broomfield community
If approved to use the Meeting Space, the following guidelines must be adhered to:

  • Grounds must remain accessible to the public
  • Must give back to the property in some way - as indicated below
  • Limited refreshments are allowed - no cooking inside of the house
  • No crafting or art supplies utilized inside the house - unless approved
  • Alcohol by permit only (group must secure proper permitting from City)
  • No political fundraising or campaigning
  • Each group is required to clean up after themselves (includes bathroom and meeting area).
