The following criteria is used in determining eligibility:
- Must be a Broomfield based charitable group, non-commercial group, or community support group
- Group reflects community spirit, and the values of the group provides or intends to provide a service to the community
- Any event(s) must be sponsored by a Broomfield based non-profit
If approved to use the Meeting Space, the following guidelines must be adhered to:
- Grounds must remain accessible to the public
- Must give back to the property in some way - approved monetary donations, grounds upkeep, house upkeep, etc.
- Limited refreshments are allowed - no cooking inside of the house
- No crafting or art supplies allowed inside the house
- Alcohol by permit only (group must secure proper permitting from City)
- No political fundraising or campaigning
