Located at the Broomfield Community Center, the Senior Services Loan Closet offers adaptive equipment to Broomfield residents aged 60 and older, completely free of charge. This service is designed to provide short-term assistance for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or temporary disabilities. Equipment can be borrowed for a period of two months, and items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Effective 04/01/2025, the Broomfield Loan Closet will no longer carry shower chairs and benches due to capacity limits.
Checkout Process
Visit the Broomfield Community Center at 280 Spader Way, Broomfield, CO 80020, and stop by the front desk between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. To borrow equipment, you’ll need to fill out a short checkout form, and a senior services staff member will assist you. Please note that this program operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and no reservations are accepted.
After you have finished using the equipment, kindly return it to the front desk and complete a check-in form.
Contributions
Monetary contributions are welcome and appreciated, but not required. Call 303-464-5535 to make a contribution.
